OK guys, I just bought Tide of Iron (base game), and since Dennis got me hooked on it I have been eager to play it again. Up to 4 people can play.Tide of Iron is a really fun tactical squad based game (infantry, tanks and transport vehicles). The base game takes place in 1944, Germans vs Americans. For those of you who play and like the older AH games (like Tobruk and squad leader), Tide of Iron is right up your alley. My house is about 5 mins from Dennis' in West Linn. Hi Guys, just bought a game called Attack. Played at Dennis' house last time and really like it. It is a cross between Axis and Allies and Risk. Up to 6 people can play on a big world map. Another night of Axis and Allies FUN! For sure one game will be AA50 on the Big Board. That version will be decided upon before game time via this posting if possible; if not then on game night. The other games to be played will be determined by the number of Players and interest. New and veteren Players are welcome. Please bring a smile and a willingness to have fun! Note, game time to START playing is 6:30pm. People may show up to chat, strategize, set up and prepare as early as 5:30pm.

Sorry for the short notice, but for up to 3 interested members , I will have some free time friday to teach/play Tide of Iron (a kick-ass tactical game of WW2 combat on the squad level) by Fantasy Flight Games. This is the second of many small meetups devoted to learning and playing 1 game.Future possibilities include Memoir 44 overlord Scenarios, Attack! and expansion, and all the smaller scale Axis and Allies titles.
